This year, you can add and amend your guest details in the Guest Administration area which is open as soon as you have purchased tickets. Please find the link on your booking confirmation email or email bookings@roofingawards.co.uk and ensure all your guest details are entered by 5pm on Tuesday 21st April when the booking system closes.
Of course, subject to availability. You can complete a hotel room booking through this dedicated link although there are no longer any rooms available at a special price. It's always worth checking other booking sites as they can sometimes offer better prices to the event rates!
The QR code ticket will be sent to you via email approximately 1 week ahead of the event. You can send it to your named guest/s to allow them smooth entry into the event and meet them in the drinks reception.
Your table number/s will be emailed to you as Lead Booker along with your QR code 'ticket' approximately 1 week ahead of the event.
As a Lead Booker, please do note your guest's dietary requirement on the Guest Administration area. You can enter and amend all of your guest details via your unique link that can be found on your confirmation email of by contacting bookings@roofingawards.co.uk. Any guest that has been registered with a dietary requirement by 5pm on Tuesday 21st April, when the booking system closes, will be served a meal that meets this requirement.
Yes, the Intercontinental O2 is fully accessible, however, as a Lead Booker, please do note your guest's accessibility requirement on the Guest Administration area. This may be helpful for planning seating for example. You can enter and amend all of your guest details via your unique link that can be found on your confirmation email, until 5pm on Tuesday 21st April. Lead Bookers should choose the drinks package that would be a "best fit" for all their guests when completing Guest Administration, ahead of the booking system closing on 21 April. The preselected package is Wine (includes red and/or white) AND beer, however you can change this to All wine (includes red and/or white).
Both packages include red and white wine. At the event, should your guests prefer just red or just white wine, they will be able to swap unopened bottles of wine with their waiter. For example, if your guests prefer red wine, they can swap unopened bottles of white wine from their package, for red wine. Bottles of beer cannot be swapped for wine and vice-versa. However, from the Wine AND beer package, bottles of unopened beer can be swapped for a non-alcoholic beer (subject to availability). A variety of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase at the event, including from your table, with your wine waiter.
The NFRC Roofing Awards 2026 are being held at the InterContinental London - The O2, One Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula, SE10 0TW.
The closest public transport station is North Greenwich, just a 5-minute walk from the venue. North Greenwich is serviced by the Jubilee Line and buses. Please find information for the venue here.

Yes, there is a cloakroom next to the registration area in the Ground Floor Foyer for guests to leave such items.
Please check with your Lead Booker to see if they are arranging to meet up ahead of the event or they can email you the QR code ticket for the booking, closer to the event. Provided you are a named guest on the booking, this will allow you entry into the event.
No, there are only electronic tickets being sent out for this event. Please arrive with your Lead Booker or ask them for the QR code ticket closer to the event, if you plan to arrive and register separately.
Arriving with your Lead Booker or presenting the QR code ticket on arrival (either on a phone or a printed copy), will make accessing the event a smooth process provided you are a named guest on the booking. If you do not have the QR code ticket, our events registration team will endeavour to register guests checked against pre-registered names for the booking.
Car Parking at InterContinental London - The O2 is limited, and parking spaces are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance. All car parking at the venue must be in a designated car parking bay and paid as per the conditions displayed in the carpark. If you do not follow this procedure, you will be liable to a fine from the council. The carpark is managed by a third-party company and neither NFRC or the hotel cannot be held responsible for any fines issued.

UK Roofing Awards 2026 is proudly supporting The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We will be joined by a guest speaker with a short introduction to the charity, and there will be opportunities to donate throughout the day.
